Description

The machine is suitable for packing all kinds of solids (granular, powder, small pieces) such as grains,
coffee, tea, sugar, spices, nuts, oatmeal and seeds. The operational process involves converting flat rolls of printed or unprinted packaging material into packages in a simple operation.  Once the material is loaded on the machine and the hopper is filled with the goods to be packaged you are set to go.  The machine comes with 2 forms for 2 different widths of material, and various sleeves to set the specific volume needed for each bag.  The length of the package can be adjusted on the machine as needed.  We can make custom forms to suit the width of the film desired.  The machine will make bags with a center seem along the back.  Date coder included with machine. Easy to use interface allows the operator to change the bag length, speed, and other controls to optimize the operation.
Packing material include several kinds of heatseal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE PET/PE NYLON etc.
