    This is an original Singer Sewing Machine Bakelite 3 pin terminal body power cord used on many of the vintage Singer machines. These original Bakelite parts tend to get broken or lost over the years and the wiring deteriorates to where the insulation comes off. This is not a safe way to operate your machine. This female plug has been rewired with a new 6 foot power cord, which will provide for safe operation. If your Singer is set up this way this power cord will work fine. These parts are clean and ready to go right on your machine.
    Get Grandma's old beauty back to original and be safe with this power cord. If you are into original Singer Bakelite parts, this will be great. Much nicer than the molded rubber replacements.
