Vintage nursery baby plaque foil and wooden

Description

This antique baby plaque for a nursery is really cool. The clear coat on the plaque has a vintage patina. It can probably be cleaned and made bright but it looks really cool like this because it makes it look more vintage. The art underneath us metallic and I think foil. Its shines in the light. The words say " Rockabye Baby:  Scrubbing and cleaning can wait til tomorrow for babies grow up we've learned to our sorrow. So quiet down cobwebs, Dust go to sleep, I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep."
