Description & Details
For your consideration, this elegantly powerful sonic work of art, the acclaimed Marantz Model 2325, this 125WPC flagship receiver that embodies the best of two worlds: brilliant American design and masterful Japanese craftsmanship. Even though it played wonderfully, right at factory specs when I bought it, my brilliant and experienced audio technician (Chuck Williams), at my request completely recapped this monster to reset its clock for future generations to enjoy.
My buddy Miguel warned me about over-indulging in this melodic monster. But it was just recapped, fine tuned, re-illuminated, and reinvigorated with beefy Pre/Main Monster Cables…so of course I played it and played it again, cueing up all sorts of musical genres and listening into many wonderful evenings. Offering you this outstanding receiver with its stunningly holographic staging and its bold presentation is bittersweet, you see, because I’ve over-rejoiced in its encompassing voice, its silvery buttons and brilliant knobs floating in ebony glass and soothing blue light, enwrapped in its bold delivery. I’m confident this classic Marantz will tempt you to stay up too late, too often, and you’ll be glad you did.
