vintage lace collars dress sweater accessory cottage core

vintage lace collars.
I think this is probably from around the 1980s. I remember wearing some of these with sweaters at the time. I loved them.   They are new and packaging. It does not have a manufacturer listed.  I tried taking pictures of lengths so please check pictures
