Vintage or Antique H-B Instrument Co., Psychrometer Dual Thermometer
Encased in Aluminum Sleeve, with a Swivel (or Swing) Handle and Stores in the included Leather Sheath.
H-B Instrument Co is now known as Fisher Scientific Inc.
The thermometers and swivel device are in fine working order. The aluminum encasement has a few nicks or dings and some discoloration, which may possibly be improved with some TLC.
The sheath has faded remnants of marker writing on the back which I cannot decipher.
Given its age and industrial usage, I would consider this Very Good Condition.
