Vintage Girl in Hot Air Balloon Thick Cardboard Nursery Wall Plaque

Description

This vintage piece is wall decor for a nursery room. Have not seen any others like it!
It is fiberboard with a circular hole to use for hanging.
Not sure if it is 1950's but that is my guess.
It is 19" tall and 14" across
Has some condition issues, mainly peeling at edges and some staining.
