Vintage Detachable White Cotton Machine Embroidery Lace Collar and Cuffs

Description

A set of vintage white machine embroidered lace woman's collar and cuffs dating from about the 1940s or 50s.   The collar shape is a rounded, Peter Pan style collar, the inner or neck side edged with white seam binding.  At the widest point it measures about 3-1/4" narrowing to 2" in the back.  It fastens with a small metal snap at the front.  The cuffs are embroidered in a similar pattern but it's not
exactly
the same as the collar.  Including the white seam binding on the inner edge, each cuff measures about 1-7/8" wide by about 7" long.  They have no fastener as they're meant to be sewn onto the sleeves of a garment.
These are used items showing some wear, although they're still usable.  The collar has a small stain at the back that about 3/4" long by 1/4" wide.  You can see it in the second picture.
