Vintage copper cow bells Swiss decorated leather/embroidered cloth strap hanger

THIS LOOKS HANDMADE, BUT I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE.  It is old.   The flower decoration on the strap and bells is either German or Swiss (maybe Hungarian.)   The flower decoration on the cloth is embroidered and on the cow bells it is painted on.   This 19" long by 1-1/2" wide leather, cloth strap has 4 decorated copper cow bells.  Copper bells range from 2-1/8 high by 2-3/8" wide to 1-1/4" high by 1-3/8" wide, that is at their widest part.  The leather at the top has a hole in it so you can hang this item.  These bells are attached to the cloth with leather & rivets.   Shipping includes tracking for United States buyers.   WE DO COMBINED SHIPPING.   I only charge 75 cents handling whether you buy 1 item or 3 items.  Do not bid if you are not going to pay.  Thanks for Looking!
