Vintage Brass Sewing Buttons Military Shank

Up for consideration are a variety of vintage (older/newer?) metal used clothing or military buttons. I do not know if the metal is brass or some other metal.    They may be military or just have designs such as eagles, anchors, arrows, stars, and olive branches for decorative purposes. They all have shanks except one 2 hole sew through.  The buttons are in used condition with surface wear from use or storage.   Some have more wear than others with corrosion (green) or rust.  One button has a dent with a flattened shank.   There is wording on the back of some buttons: Waterbury Button Co Conn,  Supreme Quality, H B W (initials?).   I believe these buttons have all been used.  Please review the photos for more details and contact me if you have any questions.  Happy sewing, collecting or crafting:)!
I will be selling a variety of family clothing buttons accumulated by 3 generations or more of sewers in my family (at least one generation prior to my mother, my mother and my sister).  Some buttons are from discarded clothing and others are new with some carded.  I am listing them under the vintage category since I am not sure of the age.

I am NOT an expert on buttons and I am not familiar with all the terminology and intricacies of button collecting.  I have a hard time identifying the material and may have some plastic with glass or other mix ups. These buttons were thriftily saved by generations of sewers and used for that purpose.  So please refer to the images for details and contact me if you have any questions and I will do my best to answer them.  I will also be listing other sewing items such as thread, zippers, notions, etc. over the next few months.   Thank you for looking!
