Here is a vintage blue sequined collar.
It is quite wide, so not sure what it was designed for.
Lined. Hand made. Velcro like closure.
Measures 38" in length, outer edge, and 2 1/2" wide.
It is in good vintage condition. Intact.
I've had it for decades, never used, well stored. This is a smoke free home.
