Momentum is a small business run out of two locations: Michigan and Georgia. The item location may change, affecting shipping costs; this is the main reason why shipping costs are not set until the invoice issues.
All items under 35 pounds will ship according to the lowest cost to the consumer, items above 65 pounds will ship LTL - in some cases, the buyer can arrange for LTL shipment with their carrier to mitigate costs.
There are only two pick-up times per business week. Please allow up to seven days for shipping and handling to accommodate this.
This only applies to large industrial items; prepacked items are shipped out on, same-day (
payment before 11 AM)

Our goal is to reply to messages ASAP, but this is not a sole proprietor but a company. As such, we observe all federal holidays, breaks, weekends, and occasional staff absences.
