    Measures 7.5" across when laid flat, 1" wide, due to the shape it is very difficult  to get an exact size but I would say it is about 13.5" around(images enlarged to show detail)
    Hook and eye keep this closed.
    Backed in a satin like material, and has the original label which reads Truly Regal , Art Craft Made in Japan.
    All beads present.
