    I purchased this at a local estate auction.  Really nice and clean, but missing the bobbin as shown in photo 8 of the 12 pictures posted.  I plugged it in, hit the pedal and initially it was a little sluggish.  But I moved the needle up and down a few times with the crank and then she really took off and was fast and strong.  I didn't run it long, because I wasn't sure when it was last oiled and I didn't want to run something dry that needed lubricating.  Also, I don't know how to sew, therefore it has not been sewing tested.  I WAS HOPING THAT THE BOBBIN WAS IN THE BOX WITH THE ACCESSORIES, BUT NO SUCH LUCK.  THE PEDAL AND CORD ARE  OPERABLE, BUT THE CORD IS SOFT AND FLEXIBLE IN SOME AREAS AND STIFF IN OTHERS.
