This is a T-Handle type wrench with 5mm and T30 torx fittings suitable for Shimano cranks and many of their contemporary chainring bolts, especially for cranks using hollow chainrings without an external chainring nut, like Ultegra/Dura Ace/XTR/XT/etc.  As pictured.
