Cut diameter of 3/32'' to 1/4''.  We have not cleaned or refurbished this item in any way as we leave those decisions up to the eventual buyer. This item was discovered in a drawer in our warehouse while trying to make room for new inventory. There is light surface rust but nothing that can't be taken care of with a little tlc if you so desire.. The light rust also does not hinder the functionality of the tool in any way.
