    Description

    Circa 1940's, these vintage kitty decals similar to those used on baby furniture back "in the day", grace the front of framed turquoise tiles.  Including the frames the wall hangings measure 4 5/8" square, with the actual tile portion measuring 4 3/8".  You can see (and feel) the grooves on the back of the tiles (last photo) although they were covered when framed. The adorable decals depict the black and white kitty playing with ribbon and a block, and the brown and white kitty fascinated with a butterfly.  In remarkably fine condition with decals barely worn and colors still bright, this pair would add charm to any retro inspired nursery!!
