For your consideration, I’m offering a Fisher 634 Quadraphonic receiver with the matching wired remote (very rare). F
isher made some great receivers back in the day and this is one of their flagship quad receivers and it sounds incredible. All functions tested & work as they should.
If you’re into 4 channel music, this would be a great starter unit. It has a built in CD-4 Demodulator for quad albums. Even if you don’t have any Quadraphonic media, with the 634’s SQ & RM circuity you can enjoy any 2 channel album, tape DVD or CD in Synthesized 4 channel. Perfect for a Home Theater setup as the 34x4 RMS is enough to rattle the windows. Receiver was serviced 8–11-2021 & has a recapped main supply board. I’ve been collecting these quad units for over 45 years & have always maintained them to original factory settings. No disappointments.
NOTE: this monster receiver is heavy and Shipping can be quite expensive. I’d venture to say it’s a heavy as the Marantz 4400 I sold a few weeks ago. Given, there are “cheap” Shipping alternatives, butI’ve always had these packed and boxed with care & in over 20 years only 1 item was damaged by USPS. I no longer use that service.
I have
