I do my best naming the artifacts but you have to realize native Americans didn't call arrowheads arrowheads.
I believe this is a cobblestone hand axe. From research it's the closest thing I can find that resembles this piece. Perfect example of portable rock art on a functional tool. That was carried around hundreds if not thousands of years. So many images in this piece, Ill let the viewers decide.
