Pair of short, hand-painted, blue & white, floral pottery ... MOROCCAN TAGINE TOPS! Why am I so excited to announce that? Because when I first posted this, I had no idea what they were. I originally listed them as some kind of candle, salt, or spice holder. If I had known what they were, I would have looked for their bottoms (which weren’t with them.) So now consider them replacement tops or decorative pieces. Tagines are like individually-sized stovetop meat and veggie roasters. 3" diameter base and 1.5" diameter top x 2-3/8" tall. Decorated with free form flowers and shapes in light blue, sky blue, and cobalt blue amid fields of polka dots on creamy white backgrounds. Blue on top rim, around neck, and toward base. Bottom rim is unglazed but cup underneath is glazed. Beauty and function!
