Displayed in reversible form, this collar features an ornate floral motif with padded embroidery, and is finished off with a scalloped edge all around. Closure via snap.  Installation tag along the inside marked "INST. SCOTT 1997"
Appears unused.  In overall excellent condition with occasional scraggly threads, and a rare tiny pinhead spot along the backside.  Please enlarge photos for details.
