Nice 2.3/16 in. black basalt drill, Fee Reservoir, Modoc County, California

I recently acquired a nice personal found collection assembled in the 1960s-80s from various locals in the southwest and west coast. One frame was labeled "North of Fee Reservoir, 1975," which is located in Modoc County, California. That frame contained this nice drill that's made from black basalt.
