New Open Box Wellue Armfit+ Blood Pressure Monitor w/ECG

New Open box. Tested but the blood pressure cuff reading part of the device will not stop tightening and therefore will not read the blood pressure. The ECG and pulse reading part of the device do work fine. I do not know if I am doing it incorrectly, but I think 1/2 of this new device is defective? Only some of the functions work unless you can get the cuff tightening part to stop tightening and actually read the blood pressure? NO RETURNS NO MATTER WHAT AS I WILL LOSE OUT ON SHIPPING PLUS EBAY SELLER FEES. Again, I think only 1/2 of this device's features are working correctly.
Hopefully whoever buys this can get the rest of the machine to function and the cuff tightening part to stop tightening non stop.
Price is 1/2 what they normally sell for taking into consideration the cuff tightening malfunction.
The device is brand new open box tested only.
