    Description

    Time to start downsizing my collar collection.  This is an unfinished collar.  I always intended to finish the back edge and use it over a dress, but never got around to doing that.  It could be useful for something else, too.  Beautiful tatting!  I don't tat, but was going to bind off the back.

    I have trouble with pricing the postage.  If it's thin it can go as a large letter, but if it's thicker it has to go as a package, minimum .00.
    It's confusing.  This is thick.
