This SMT inspection conveyor is in good and working condition. It has seen very light usage in our in house PCB shop. We manufacture boards in only hundreds of quantities each month, not thousands like a commercial PCB manufacturing shop would do. In a BUSY month this conveyor might see about 400-600 PCBs on it and only about 100-200 in a slow month. we have used this conveyor for about 6-7 years now.
Manncorp Description:
This conveyor features a stationary front rail and a movable rear rail (adjustable via hand crank) to accommodate boards from 50 mm (1.97") to 460 mm (18.11") wide. All the models use 3 mm diameter edge-belts, but are available in standard lengths from 500 mm (19.68") to 1200 mm (47.24"). Our team can also provide custom sizes up to 3000 mm (118") upon special request (contact a Manncorp team member for additional details).
Conveyor speed is variable and dial-adjustable from 2-11 m/min (approx. 6.56 - 36.09 ft/min). Each system has a push button that allows operators to deactivate the conveyor so boards can be removed and placed on the inspection/worktable (standard) adjacent to the front rail. Also, all models feature heavy-duty steel construction, ensuring our conveyors are a dependable choice.
