    ~ LOT of 5 ~ vintage plastic COW TAGS ~ Catskills DAIRY FARM
    This lot of vintage cow tags are plastic and measure 3 1/2”h x 2 1/8” at the widest point. They are numbered on both sides: 43 - 48 - 49 - 51 - 52.
    The tags show some wear and are sun-faded from all that grazing on the hardscrabble hills of the Catskills. They all came from a closed down Catskill Mountains dairy farm that I cleaned out about 25 years ago. The farm ceased operation in the 1980s.
