    *Authentic 19thc hand made Brussels lace appears to have been a collar or part of a dress. It measures approx. 42 " long, 7" deep. Features appliqués and insertions. Some damage to the netting where it may have been fastened as a scarf and around neckline, see last few photos. Scattered age related soil.
