I purchased this little monster back in 2012 for my sons then tiny toddlers.  The unit was thoroughly cleaned, no sand inside of the tires, added some construction themed reflective decals at the counterweight section, so it seemed more righteous.  We kept it indoors in our playroom since.
By design, the bucket will hit right onto the A-Pillar of the drivers compartment while in tight storage space.  There was a crack inside the bucket, for safety reasons, I took the liberty of trimming off the loose, sharp piece, smoothed the edges to make it safer for my children's playtime.  Unfortunately, I took action for the concern of safety, without saving that sharp piece for later restoration.  I could have done it with epoxy, even a 3-D printer though, only if I knew what I know now....
The turret can accommodate for sitting of a child, while operating the digging bucket.  I would only recommend a sitting operator of weight 35 lbs or less, without bending the rear axle.
It was designed and mfg'd in the good olde USA, for preschool kids, playing in the sand lot. The construction was tough and play ready for Daycare.  I saw the potential of digging into Lego bricks and matchbox cars in our playroom, we had tons of fun, and memories.  It is now ready for a new home, a new chapter of your kid's Toy Story.
