    Description

Kenmore sewing machines were the best selling machines of all time. Marketed by Sears, when they were in their heyday, these were incredibly capable machines that could do it all, and they did!
This may be the most decked out Kenmore 1802 sewing machine here on eBay. It comes with a ton of accessories, like a big box of cams, a monogrammer, buttonholer, lots of thread, needles, instruction manuals, what looks to be a complete box of accessories, bobbins, and there is even a pair of electric scissors, plus other stuff.
This is an amazing package if you love these retro Kenmore's, and I am going to do one better here. This is the 500th sewing machine that D and D's Domestics has sold, so we are going to ship it ANYWHERE in the lower 48 for only 10 bucks! That's right, only 10 bucks shipping to your home, with free insurance for the ride. This is us saying THANK YOU to all of the wonderful eBay people out there, which is why this special machine, with everything you see, only costs you 10 bucks shipping. We want you to bid on it, we want you to own it, and we don't want high shipping prices to stop you.
It's a lovely machine that sews first rate, and I had loads of fun trying out all of the cams. I had this machine up on my work bench for hours just playing with them, and it might be safe to say that after different adjustments here and there, you have literally hundreds of different stitchm combinations. It's really amazing. You can see from the swatch I sewed that it makes terrific stitches. Some of these might be classified as embroidery types, and can you spot the bird? The fish? The bush? The flower in a pot? LOL Look closely, and you should be able to pick them out, which is what makes this machine truly unique.
With the monogramer you'll be able to put initials or names on quilts, caps, shirts, virtually anything you want to. And the buttonholer is one of those add-on automatic types. Attach the buttonhole plate, dial in the buttonhole you want, and it will sew it. For its day, this Kenmore was pretty much unbeatable when it came to what it could do. In many ways, it still is.
To make sure it keeps on keeping on, I have lubed up every moving part, including the motor bushings, and everything works like it did when it was new. It sews the way it is, but you could put it into a cabinet or a case if you desire. The cords and pedal are in nice shape, and you can see how nice the machine itself looks.
In it's day, this was top-of-the-line at Sears, it was made to compete with the Pfaff's, Bernina's, Viking's and Necchi's of it's day, and the first time you sew on it, you'll see just how really good it is.
Bid on it, win it, our sincere gratitude for everyone who has bid on and won 500 machines from our site, and only 10 bucks shipping as our way of saying THANK YOU!
We have other machines on including a deluxe two-toned red and white New Home with tons of built-in stitches, and a Singer 66 that sews through 1/4 inch leather. Please check them out, and thanks again.
