came from St Louis Co Missouri and is no brainer authentic. It shows nice use and patination. It is made from a beautiful creamy
heat treated Burlington
chert. It has excellent edge work and very nice flaking overall. It is quite thin and there is no modern damage. The tang has been anciently sharpened away; again, the missing tang is not modern damage. This is a fantastic Hopewell Knife made from a very pretty material and it will make an awesome addition to any authentic collection.
