    Description

Offered up is a nice example of a Eastgate arrowhead. It was found in Inyo County Ca.  This one measuring 1 3/16 ths inches long. It was made from an interesting piece of translucent obsidian. There is some damage from use that I show in the pictures but still displays well in a frame. The Eastgate was one of the first true arrowheads as they transitioned from the atlatl to the bow and arrow. Check out the pictures as they are always the best description .From an old Bishop family collection collected from the 40's to the 60's. T-13
