. Place the cuff on your exposed arm approximately 1 finger-width (2cm) above the elbow. Make sure the tubing is placed at the center of your arm facing the front, and that the sensor is correctly placed. Pull at the end of the cuff so it is wrapped evenly and firmly around your arm.
