This auction is a
combination set
. It has
4
tools for the
2016-2020
fox
dhx2
and
X2
shocks. All tools are made in the
U
S
A
. They are
CNC
machined
out of 6061 aluminum.
First we have
shock clamp
for the
2016-2020 FOX float dh x2 and X2
. The clamp fits the
9mm
shaft
and the inner air sleeve
. Its made for a precision fit. We left plenty of material so there is a lot of clearance when using the 9mm shaft clamp, and we made it .630 thick to fit into the tight spaces. It is thin enough to fit the 2020 version shock.
Next we have a
wrench for the negative air seal head
. Its 9.5" long and has chamered corners so its easy on your hands. It has a
3/8" square drive
so you can torque it to spec, just line the torque wrench up to the line (perpendicular to the wrench) and your good to go. This is the same fit as fox part number 398-00-419.
This auction is for bullet tool
. This is
CNC machined
out of
billet 6061aluiminum
. This fits
2019-2020
fox float dh x2 shocks
and 2016-2020
dhx2 coil shocks
.
This is used to slide the seal head over the shaft without cutting the seal. It is meant to fit the same as fox part number
398-00-797
I have not yet confirmed if it will fit the 2016-2018 dh x2 float.
Fox lists a different part number for that application.
Last we have a
cartidge cap tool.
It has 2 hardened pins that fit both
red
and
blue
caps for the dhx2 and X2 shock. It has a
3/8" square drive
. It is the same fit as fox number 398-00-417
Shock is
NOT
included
in auction, just the tools.
