This very finely made Dover Chert Archaic Cobbs knife was found in Livingston Co, Kentucky and measures 3.25 inches long and is 1.1/8 inches wide across the base of the piece. This piece is made from a high grade gray and black Dover Chert from Western Tennessee. This piece has been heavily re-sharpened giving the piece a steep bevel to the blade edge.
