Handmade vintage collar with black sequin faux pearls, beads and rhinestones. In very good vintage condition. One of the larger rhinestones is starting to come off and a second is gone entirely, (see photo) but otherwise everything looks intact. Measures 18" across at the top with a 6" diameter collar opening.
