It is frozen, crank turns and presser foot lifts, but needle doesn't move up and down and foot goes back down on its own. I sure it's rusted and needs a good cleaning and oiling. Rubber gasket needs replacing as shown. These were designed to keep going forever with maintenance and Im sure this one can too. Decals are in terrific shape and there is little body rust.

    The crank will be removed for safer shipping. It is easy to put back on with the knob and screw that will ship with it in a sealed plastic bag.
