    Antique British Essex No.1 miniature sewing machine..
    The Essex was made from 1946-1956 to compete with Singer 20.
    It was never promoted as a toy only a miniature.
    They were maroon on wood platform.
    Measures 9"x 6" x 8"H.
    This machine is in excellent shape.
    It has been used but not very much.
    Moves smoothly, not tested for sewing.
