    Description

I am not an expert in electronics. I pulled this off the shelf of my grandfather’s home. It didn’t look like he messed with it at all for many years. Please let me describe to you what I see.
I see restoring potential here. It’s because it has a nice aluminum faceplate and the glass is nice so you would be looking at a good looking machine after restoration.
However, it is 100% as is for parts or restoration only, untested, as described, as pictured, and not working condition.
I never plugged it in. I found it unplugged and I Learned from other items I sold that people wished I wouldn’t have plugged the item in prior to clean up so when I find something like this, I know better than to plug it in. It needs cleanup… Dust removal which could cause static or… Who knows? My recommendation from other electronic restores is to clean it up before plugging it in.
Please look at all of the photographs. I try to capture everything but I am limited to 12 photographs so take a look and read the notes. One more thing I remember is the on off switch and the a.m. FM selector kind of felt gummy… A bit dirty and will definitely need to be cleaned. The station selector seemed to be working nice. And the last thing that I remember is there is a little meter inside of the station selector… It looks like it Was installed crooked or something. Take a look at the photographs… I get a good snapshot of it. It’s in their solid .
    So to recap… As is
    As found
    As pictured
As described for parts or restoration only.
Thanks, John… PS… Packing with care tight light and right. I pre-weighed this package to make sure I am not overcharging you for shipping. See my notes in the photograph about shipping. I have the scale in front of me and good boxes with padding yet I keep everything tight and light and right as possible. I pulled the glass from the machine because it was loose. The glass looks nice and I will pack it in cardboard where you will see it in the box. Separated off the machine.
