Abbeon Cal Inc Hygrometer & Temperature Indicator Model HTAB-176

Description

This Abbeon Cal Inc. model HTAB-176 hygrometer & temperature indicator was made in West Germany. It has a glass front and brass case. The hygrometer dial indicates the complete range of 0 to 100% relative humidity. The temperature indicator has a range of -20 to 100° Centigrade and 0 to 210° Fahrenheit. Graduations are 1° for Centigrade, 2° Fahrenheit and 1% RH. It has a 5 1/4" top diameter, 6" base diameter and is 1 1/2" tall. The thermometer seems to be accurate according to my thermometer. I could not fully test the hygrometer, but it seems fairly accurate and can be adjusted with a flat tip screwdriver in the left hole on the bottom of the gauge. I set the
gauge
in the sun and the temperature went up 3° within a few minutes. I breathed into the slits around the edges of the
gauge
and the humidity went up 5%.
