2 1/2" Indiana Clovis

Description

2 1/2" fluted Clovis found in Randolph County, Indiana.  I think perhaps made of
hornstone, but not sure.  Really thin piece with nice flutes on both sides.
That being said, I cannot make the call on this piece whether it's authentic or
not.  It could be river worn, or could be heavily tumbled, I cannot tell for
certain.  Sent it to a leading authenticator (not one of the clowns, we all
know who they are and I'd have gotten a paper) and he could not make the call
either, one way or another.  Selling no reserve, no guarantee of authenticity,
no returns.  Buyer pays shipping.  I've found, bought and sold
thousands of relics but this is one of maybe 25 that I could not make a definite
and positive call on. Could be good as gold, really nice piece in any event.
