1965 Buick LeSabre Wildcat Electra Trumpet Horns Wiring Harness Four Note Horn

Description

This is a brand new reproduction trumpet horn (four note horn) wiring harness for 1965 Buick LeSabre, Wildcat, and Electra 225 models. This is the much needed wiring harness that is used to install an original set of trumpet/four note horns. This wiring harness was reproduced from the original specification. The original wire color was black with 2 blue strips, unfortunately that color combination in not currently being made. This wiring harness was reproduced with solid black wire. All of the connector are the correct original style.
A couple extra connectors are included with this wiring harness. A new horn relay connector is included (shown installed on the wiring harness in the first picture). Also included in a single connector to be placed on the wire that you need to remove from your original horn relay connector.
There are 2 ways to install this wiring harness. You can either re-use your original horn relay connector or use the new one I have provided.
To re-use your original horn relay connector you will need to remove the new horn relay connector from the new wiring harness. Remove your original horn relay connector from the horn relay. Then remove the dark green wire (wire on the left) and slide it into the single clear connector I have provided. You will then need to plug that into the clear connector on the new wiring harness. The wire you removed from the new horn relay connector then needs to be plugged into your original horn relay connector. Then simply plug in each horn (the 2 black single connectors).
To use the new horn relay connector you will need to
remove your original horn relay connector from the horn relay.
Then remove the dark green wire (wire on the left) and slide it into the single clear connector I have provided. You will then need to plug that into the clear connector on the new wiring harness. You will also need to remove the yellow with green tracer wire (wire on the right) and plug it into the right side of the new horn relay connector. Then plug the new horn relay connector to the horn relay. Then simply plug in each horn (the 2 black single connectors).
An instruction sheet from the service manual in included as well (the last picture in the listing) (also please note the this instruction sheet I am including has the correct wire colors as the colors are misprinted in the service manual). If you have any questions on installation please ask, as I am happy to help you install this wiring (it may seem difficult with all of the instructions above but it is very easy).
