Stock flint stone: 2.2mm(diameter)*5mm(length) with color of golden.
Understand I am not a skater. This information was provided to me by a number of skaters and there is a great video to watch from a fun, experienced skater, that installed these flints.
The drill bit size I use is 5/64. Only drill the holes no longer than the width of the flints which I see are roughly 1/4 inch. You then use a point like a Phillips screwdriver to push the flints into the wheel and creates holes in a zig-zag pattern like what you saw in the picture I sent you. The harder the wheels, the easier they are and pushing in the flint. Then position the side where the flints are on to the side the skater uses to powerstop or T-stop on their skates. Now when you stop with your wheels, the sparks will happen..
